Application Process

Complete an Enrollment Form (download below) and submit a tuition deposit check for 10% of the total.  Confirmation of spots will be made on a first come first served basis.  Deposits are credited towards tuition.  (Note the first monthly tuition payment for another 10% is due by Sept 1 (bringing total tuition paid up to 20%).  Applicants after July 31 will have a $100 application fee.  Students must have a completed Missouri Enrollment Form, Medical Exam Report and Immunization record completed and in our files before their first day of school.
